Effective Date:

Welcome to the Manuel Construction LLC website. By accessing this website, submitting a request, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Website Use

This website provides general information about Manuel Construction LLC and our construction and remodeling services. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

2. Estimates and Service Requests

Submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, or communicating with us does not create a construction contract or guarantee that we will accept a project.

All prices, schedules, materials, warranties, payment terms, and project requirements must be confirmed in a written estimate or contract approved by Manuel Construction LLC and the customer.

3. Construction Contracts

Each construction project may be governed by a separate written estimate, contract, scope of work, or change order. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control.

Additional or unforeseen work—including concealed damage, code requirements, underground utilities, structural problems, material changes, or customer-requested modifications—may require a written change order and additional payment.

4. Payments

Deposits, progress payments, final payments, finance charges, accepted payment methods, and applicable processing fees will be stated in the customer’s estimate, invoice, or contract.

Payments must be made according to the schedule contained in the applicable agreement.

5. Scheduling and Delays

Project schedules and completion dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Weather, inspections, permits, material availability, concealed conditions, customer changes, emergencies, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the schedule.

6. Permits and Approvals

Responsibility for permits, engineering, architectural plans, inspections, homeowners’ association approvals, and similar requirements will be identified in the applicable estimate or contract.

7. Text Messages

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive communications, you consent to receive service-related text messages from Manuel Construction LLC, including messages about estimates, appointments, project updates, invoices, and customer support.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing our services.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers when necessary to deliver messaging services and operate our business.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
